Stone Real Estate is looking for a confident, reliable and customer-focused Saturday Leasing Executive to join our Property Management team.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for regular Saturday work within a professional and supportive real estate environment. You'll be responsible for conducting open homes across our Northern Districts and Hills Districts portfolio and providing a high level of service to prospective tenants.
n
The Role
n
Working each Saturday, you will be responsible for:
n
n
Conducting open homes and private inspections for our rental properties
n
Presenting properties professionally and confidently to prospective tenants
n
Engaging with prospective tenants and answering property-related enquiries
n
Providing transparent and detailed feedback following each inspection
n
Keeping accurate records of attendance and applicant interest
n
Liaising with our Property Management and Leasing teams throughout the day
n
Ensuring every prospective tenant receives a professional and positive experience with Stone
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for someone who is:

Confident, friendly and professional
n
Reliable and comfortable working independently
n
An excellent communicator who enjoys dealing with people
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
Proactive and able to manage a busy Saturday inspection schedule
n
Interested in real estate and delivering a great customer experience
n

Requirements
n
n
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
Previous customer service, sales or real estate experience preferred
n
Experience with Inspect Real Estate is advantageous, but not essential
n
Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
