The Role |

As theStore Manager you have theopportunity to truly own your boutique- leading the people, performance and client experience while being supported by an established wider retail team.
n
You'll stay close to what makes fashion retail exciting: styling clients, developing your team, building a loyal customer community and seeing the direct impact of your leadership on store performance.

You will:

Lead and develop a passionate team, building capability and future talent.
n
Put in strategies to deliver on store's sales, budgets and key retail KPIs.
n
Drive styling, clienteling and repeat business, creating an experience clients return for.
n
Lead from the floor, coaching your team and identifying opportunities to grow performance.
n
Take ownership of VM, stock, rostering and day-to-day operations.
n
Partner with Area and State leadership, gaining exposure beyond your own store and supporting wider retail initiatives.

The Skillset |

We're looking for someone who loves fashion, loves people and knows how to drive a retail business.
n
You'll ideally bring previous Store Management experience within fashion retail, strong commercial awareness and confidence leading a team towards ambitious targets. You'll be equally comfortable coaching on the floor, styling a client, reviewing your KPIs or developing your next future leader.
n
Most importantly, you'll bring a hands-on leadership style, genuine energy for customer experience and the motivation to continue developing your own career.
