Key responsibilities
Chronic disease management — health assessments, care plans, and ongoing patient coordination (RNs may lead independently; ENs supported under RN/GP direction)
Immunisations and vaccine administration
Treatment room duties — wound care, ECGs, dressings, and related procedures
Supporting GPs with patient care and clinical workflow
About you
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
Current CPR certificate




Confident working in a busy general practice workplace
Strong communication skills with patients and the broader clinical team
Reliable and punctual, with a genuine commitment to rostered days
General practice or primary care experience highly regarded, but not essential — training provided
