Reporting to the Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installations, commissioning and start-up of the machines and their maintenance. You will perform with intensive travel in Australia and New-Zealand according to the company plan.
Key responsibilities
Conduct adjustments and tests to ensure optimal performance of industrial automation equipment according to specifications
Coordinate, organize and participate in the machine assembly on site
Prepare detailed reports on installation solutions to facilitate ongoing works and after-sales services
Diagnose and repair equipment failures, efficiently order and replace parts when necessary (remotely or on site)
Test and verify equipment operation after installation to ensure proper configuration
Create comprehensive technical installation reports to document all completed work
Provide valuable records and support to the After-Sales Service team
About you
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of industrial equipment
Electromechanical or industrial machines background




Positive knowledge of industrial process and ability to give guidance to clients
Experience with reporting and synthesis
Proficiency in Automation, software and network highly valued
Excellent communication skills in English
Ability to persist in the face of challenges to meet deadlines
Adaptability and ability to analyze and problem solve
Ability to work autonomously or with a team
