Indiqator Solutions is a leading automotive SaaS business operating across ANZ. We've restructured our commercial team for scale, appointed a Head of Business Development to lead the charge, and now we're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join the team and go win new ground.

We want a hunter — someone who knows how to build a pipeline, open doors in the automotive market, and close deals that matter.

You'll own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement. That means prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and handing off to a Customer Success Team and Key Relationship Manager so you can stay focused on what you do best — winning new business.

You'll work across dealer groups and automotive businesses throughout ANZ, bringing Indiqator's platform to organisations that genuinely need it. You'll contribute market intelligence to a team that actually uses it, and you'll operate in a structure built for sales success — not bureaucracy.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify current business opportunities aligned to Indiqator's sales strategy
n
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target accounts
n




Negotiate commercial terms and close deals within delegated authority
n
Maintain a robust and accurately staged pipeline in CRM at all times
n
Identify and elevate pipeline risks proactively
n
Represent Indiqator professionally at industry events, conferences, and meetings
n

About you

3-5 years in a sales role with a geunine new business track record
n
A hunter mentality — self-motivated, resilient, and wired to close
n
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to build credibility fast with senior stakeholders
n
A deep understanding and proven experience in the Automotive industry
