Are you a passionate people leader with a strong background in customer service, outbound sales, travel reservation operations? We're looking for a Guest Relations Sales Manager to lead our Guest Relations team and deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving strong commercial outcomes.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee guest engagement, inbound and outbound reservations and operational performance, ensuring a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to rebooking. This is an exciting opportunity to combine leadership, relationship management and operational excellence in a dynamic travel workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop the Guest Relations team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and strong commercial results.
n
Oversee inbound enquiries, outbound engagement campaigns and booking administration activities.
n
Drive guest acquisition, retention and rebooking opportunities through proactive relationship management.
n
Monitor team performance, service levels and conversion outcomes, providing coaching and support where needed.
n
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
n
Work closely with Product,



Marketing and Customer Service teams to support business objectives and operational success.

About You
n
We're looking for a confident and engaging leader who can balance exceptional customer service with commercial performance. You'll bring:

Experience leading customer service, reservations, guest relations or travel sales teams.
n
Strong coaching and team development capabilities.
n
Experience managing bookings, administration and operational workflows.
n
A proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver results.
n
Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
Experience within the travel, tourism or hospitality industry.
