PK Cleaning Services Australia Pt Ltd This excellent opportunity will be offered on a Permanent Full-Time basis at 38 hours a week. Benefits Opportunities for professional growth Friendly and supportive team environment Ability to make a visible impact on business operations and performance Task & responsibilities Supervise daily activities on the company's construction projects, coordinating workers, subcontractors, materials and equipment.
Assist Construction Managers, Architects and Surveyors with planning and organising construction activities, including site preparation and handover requirements. Interpret building plans, specifications and relevant regulations to guide site teams and ensure work meets project requirements. Assist with preparing and reviewing site sketches, working drawings and specifications, and communicate approved revisions to workers and subcontractors.
Coordinate construction schedules and integrate the company's cleaning services into project completion and handover programs. Inspect construction work and materials for compliance with approved specifications, quality standards and relevant regulations, and arrange rectification where required. Estimate labour, material and equipment costs and the time required to complete construction activities.




Liaise with surveyors and other technical professionals to confirm site measurements, levels and setting-out requirements. Calculate material quantities, maintain site records and report on construction progress, resource requirements and delays.
Qualification & experience Excellent English skills
The right to work in Australia AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) Minimum of 1 year of work experience Team management skills Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role Effective prioritisation, organisation and multi-tasking. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Understanding of compliance requirements and service delivery standards Good understanding of the Cleaning Facilities Industry.
