What You'll Do:
Coordinate daily traffic controller allocations and rosters




Liaise with clients and field teams to ensure smooth operations
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
Support operational reporting and workforce planning
Foster a positive team culture and promote safety-first values
What You'll Bring:

Previous experience in operations coordination or recruitment, ideally within traffic management or a similar industry
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume environment with competing priorities
Proficient in Traffio, and Microsoft Office
In-field traffic management experience is highly desirable but not essential – we value transferable skills and a willingness to learn
Knowledge of traffic management regulations and certifications (preferred)
