Warehouse Storeperson + Forklift Operator and Operations Role
We're a growing logistics company and are excited to be operating out of our brand-new warehouse in Brisbane. We're looking for an experienced 1 x
Operations Personnel / Warehouse Operator
to join our team on a Casual basis.
About the Role
As a key member of our Operations team you will start at 11 am and finish at 7 pm, you will be responsible for:
Supervise daily depot, warehouse, and freight operations.
Support fleet utilisation, resource allocation, and workflow planning.
Monitor delivery performance, service levels, and depot KPIs.
Oversee sorting, loading, dispatch accuracy, and fleet coordination.
Maintain depot safety, security, cleanliness, and equipment condition
As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for:
Safe and efficient forklift operation (incl. high reach)
Loading/unloading trucks and containers
Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
General warehouse duties and housekeeping
Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment
About You




We're looking for someone reliable, proactive, and safety-focused. To be successful, you'll have:
A current and valid
Forklift Licence
Demonstrated experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment
Previous experience in freight, logistics, or distribution
A strong work ethic with attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Valuable communication skills and commitment to workplace safety
What We Offer
Casual (Dependent on Experience & qualifications), reliable position with regular hours ~8am-4pm for warehouse and for Operations 11 am - 7 pm
Potential for overtime hours & pay during busy periods
