Altona College seeks a Leading Teacher – Director of Student Wellbeing for Years 7–12 to drive student wellbeing, curriculum alignment and whole‐school improvement. You will lead data-informed planning, support teachers with evidence-based practice, and ensure a safe, inclusive learning workplace aligned to school culture and priorities.
