We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Paralegals to join our candidate network for upcoming temporary and contract opportunities with leading law firms and in-house legal teams across Sydney. This role offers the chance to engage in a variety of legal tasks, contributing directly to the efficiency and effectiveness of legal operations.
Key responsibilities
Assist lawyers with the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
Conduct legal research and summarise findings
Draft basic documents, letters, and court forms under supervision
Review and organise evidence, briefs, and disclosure materials
Open, maintain, and close files in accordance with firm procedures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date file notes and records
Monitor key dates, deadlines, and court timetables
Assist with electronic document management and filing
Prepare court bundles, affidavits, and briefs
File documents via relevant courts and online systems
Liaise with courts, barristers, and external parties
Assist with settlements, closings, or transactions as required
Assist with client onboarding,



including ID checks and compliance requirements
Provide updates to clients under the direction of lawyers
Skills & experience
Proven experience in a Paralegal or similar role in a law firm
Solid capability in legal research and analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice systems
