As a Clinical Nurse in Geriatric Evaluation and Management, you'll help older people achieve better health, independence and wellbeing. From delivering expert clinical care to coordinating care plans and supporting rehabilitation goals, you'll work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes for patients and families.

Lead person-centred care that supports recovery, functional improvement and quality of life.

Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and guidance to strengthen team capability and outcomes.

Here's what will help you succeed:
Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
Experience delivering high-quality care in an acute, rehabilitation, geriatric or related setting.
Strong communication, care coordination and clinical decision-making skills.
A collaborative approach with a commitment to quality,



safety and patient-centred care.
You'll stand out if you have postgraduate qualifications in gerontology, rehabilitation or a related field, and/or experience leading service improvements, education or mentoring initiatives.
