Komatsu is looking for a qualified Electrician to join our PDI team, working hands-on with recent Komatsu equipment before it heads out to customers.

This is your opportunity to work across utility and construction machinery, completing electrical fit-outs, installing customer-specific options and testing equipment to make sure every machine leaves the workshop meeting Komatsu's quality standards.

What will you be doing?
n
You'll be part of the team responsible for getting new Komatsu machines ready for work.
n
Your day will involve:
n
n
Completing electrical work as part of new machine assembly and fit-out.
n
Installing customer-specific options and accessories.
n
Testing equipment and troubleshooting electrical issues.
n




Following installation guides and Safe Work Procedures.
n
Working to production schedules while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
n
Identifying opportunities to improve the way work is completed.
n
Working closely with Leading Hands, Team Leads and Planners to keep builds on track.
n
Completing job documentation accurately and on time.
n
n
Roster: Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3pm with O/T Available and possible afternoon shift.
n
Rate: $***** - $***** per hour – depending of experience
