Vhouse Florist is a boutique florist located at Westfield Miranda, proudly serving the Sutherland Shire and surrounding areas.

We create fresh, premium-quality bouquets and floral arrangements for birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, sympathy, corporate clients, weddings and special events.

The Role
n
This is a hands-on floristry position where you will be involved in creating beautiful floral designs while providing an exceptional experience for our customers.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Creating fresh bouquets, arrangements and floral designs
n
Conditioning, processing and caring for fresh flowers
n
Selecting flowers, foliage and complementary products for individual orders
n
Assisting customers with flower selection and providing qualified advice
n
Preparing daily customer orders and ensuring they are completed to a high standard
n
Creating flowers for weddings, events and corporate orders when required
n
Receiving and processing flower deliveries
n
Maintaining flower quality and managing stock and wastage
n
Keeping the shop, work areas and displays clean, organised and beautifully presented
n
Providing friendly and professional customer service
n
Assisting with general day-to-day florist shop operations
n




Working efficiently and accurately during busy periods and seasonal peaks
n
n
About You
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience working as a professional Florist
n
Strong bouquet-making and floral design skills
n
Good knowledge of flowers, foliage, seasonal availability and flower care
n
A creative eye and strong attention to detail
n
A genuine passion for flowers and floral design
n
Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
n
Good organisation and time-management skillsThe ability to remain calm and productive in a busy retail environment
n
A positive, reliable and professional attitude
n
Flexibility to work weekends and busy seasonal periods, including Valentine's Day and Mother's Day
n
