Complete Care Team is seeking a compassionate disability care worker to support our clientwith personalised, home and community-based care. The role focuses on consistent support, daily routines, and helping the client work toward their goals. Key responsibilities
n
Assist with personal care including self-care routines: showering, dressing, grooming
n
Perform domestic duties including housework and laundry
n
Meal preparation - you must know how to cook
n
Assist with community access and activities like going to the gym and weekend leisure activities
n
NDIS Worker Check
n
Working with Children Check
n
National Police Check
n
First Aid Certificate
n
Working rights in Australia
n
Driver's Licence and reliable insured vehicle
n
Available for various AM and PM shifts Monday to Friday and Weekends
n
Disability industry experience
n
Understanding of Traumatic Brain Injury and using Positive Behaviour Support Strategies

Enthusiastic, caring, tolerant and dedicated
n
Exceptional verbal, written communication and listening skills
n
Willingness to learn, punctual and reliable
n
Solid problem solving abilities
n
Able to work both independently and within a team
n
Quality ongoing paid training is provided

Buddy shifts and meet and greet with clients
