Be part of a team where you get to work with 37 international automotive brands, and you become the brand expert. You will serve as the dedicated marketing liaison between the dealership and the automotive brand(s). You are responsible for executing brand-aligned marketing activity, managing manufacturer relationships, and ensuring all campaigns and communications reflect both the automotive brand standards and the local market priorities for our dealerships. We have 10 dealerships across Queensland and the Northern Territory. You are a proactive, detail-oriented marketer who thrives at the intersection of brand management and hands‐on campaign execution. This role is fast‐paced and deadline-driven and gives you a high level of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned automotive brand(s), managing the relationship with several brand and marketing teams
Ensure all dealership marketing activity adheres to manufacturer brand guidelines, style requirements, and co‐op advertising rules
Coordinate brand‐mandated campaigns, product launches, and promotional programs at the local dealership level
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of brand marketing initiatives, toolkits, and upcoming model releases
Manage coop advertising claim submissions and ensure accurate record‐keeping for reimbursement
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, outdoor, in‐dealership channels and other marketing channels
Brief and manage external suppliers, including creative agencies, photographers, media buyers, and print vendors
Ensure campaign assets are delivered on brand, on time, and within budget
Coordinate localisation of national campaigns to reflect dealership‐specific offers, stock, and messaging
Support the planning and execution of promotional events, model launches, and customer activations
About you
Minimum 4 years in a marketing role. Also those who have had experience in Event Managment, Communications and Sponsorships.
