The NOT so Silent Business Partner is a Bookkeeping Practice with a 300+ small to medium business clients. Our Niche' is The Construction Industry, however, we have client across most industries.

We are looking for 1 Full-time Rockstar to be a valued Team Member at our Offices in Wyong.
This role is a Senior Bookkeeping Role, we also do Data Management for our Clients. Initially all functions of the Bookkeeping cycle will be required. The successful candidate will be very technically sound and able to mange a Team as well as a Client Base. Having BAS Agent Qualifications will be an advantage.
This role is considered rapid paced and you will never be bored, due to the variety of works undertaken

Superior Bookkeeping Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Deep knowledge of Xero (including Certifications)
Initial Responsibilites
Data Entry into our Clients Job Systems
Payroll, mainly on XERO
BAS / IAS / Superannuation / Payroll Tax / TPAR
Liasing with Clients regarding their work
Team Supervision
WorkHours
Working Hours are typically 8:00am to 4:30pm.
As our Business is a Bookkeeping Business, each quarter there is a 3-4 week period where the days may be slightly longer due to the BAS cmpliance requirements of our Clients.
Qualifications
Bookkeeping Qualifications (BAS Agent) relevant Certificates/Registrations are preferable.
The Salary Package selected will be determined by the relative experience of the applicant
