Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Estimator, or a trade skilled (like a Carpenter) looking to transition your on-site knowledge into an office. You will be the backbone of project cost accuracy and purchasing. You will provide accurate, comprehensive cost estimations and quantity take-offs for residential building projects.

Requirements
Demonstrated experience as a Residential or Commercial Estimator.
A trade background (e.g. carpentry) with a genuine desire to move into an off ice-based role.
A background with a construction supplier or building material manufacturer.
Draftsperson or similar experience with understanding of building plans, construction processes and procurement practices.
