What you'll be doing...
Support the day-to-day operation of our Restaurant and all things food and beverage across the hotel.
Oversee the delivery of all events, ensuring seamless setup, service and pack down.
Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Ensure service standards consistently reflect Ardour's brand standards.
Foster a positive,



collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
Manage guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve service issues.
Support rostering, training, stock control, and operational administration.
Maintain compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, and workplace health and safety requirements.
You'll thrive in this role if you have...
Previous experience in a leadership role within events, restaurants, or hotels environments.
Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including restaurant and event service standards.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
A talent for customer service with a vibrant and outgoing nature;
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to operational excellence.
Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by the business.
