What you'll do

Provide administrative support to the team.

Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.

Maintain accurate client information in our systems.

Liaise with the ATO regarding client correspondence.

Assist with preparing, processing and managing client documents.

Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately.

Help keep tasks and requests on track to support the team's day-to-day operations.
