Core Talent are currently recruiting for an experienced
HVAC Technician
to join an established commercial maintenance business in Adelaide.
This is a hands‐on opportunity for a qualified technician who enjoys variety in their day and is looking to work across a range of
commercial sites and client environments
. The role will involve a combination of planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, breakdowns and fault finding. You'll be working independently across different sites while having the support of a dedicated coordination team managing your schedule and client requirements.
The Opportunity
Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance across commercial HVAC systems
Attend breakdowns and complete fault finding, diagnostics and repairs
Service and maintain a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
Travel between commercial client sites across Adelaide and surrounding areas
Complete service reports and job documentation
Liaise directly with clients and provide a skilled level of service
Work alongside other technicians and contractors when required




Participate in an after‐hours on‐call roster
Overtime available and paid when required
About You
The client is looking for a qualified HVAC Technician with genuine commercial experience.
You will ideally have:
Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent
Current ARCtick licence
Previous commercial HVAC experience
Solid fault‐finding and diagnostic ability
Experience with preventative and reactive maintenance
Full Australian driver's licence
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Good communication skills and a customer‐focused approach
Commercial experience is essential for this position. Candidates with a predominantly residential background will not be suitable.
