This is a maternity leave cover for up to 12 months.

You will have the skills to deliver the following:

Drive success in your team through ongoing training, mentoring together with providing ongoing feedback whilst working closely with your Regional Manager to build a highly effective team
n
Create an empowering team environment to deliver outstanding results
n
Provide an exceptional customer experience and build a loyal customer network
n
Initiate and implement strategies to achieve KPI's and maintain a profitable business
n
Provide a supportive and engaging environment for the team
n

What we ask you to bring to the role:

Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a team (minimum 3 years)
n
Proven ability to engage and motivate your team to achieve KPIs
n
A passion for retail and providing superior customer experiences
n
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
n




An abundance of energy, positivity, and an ability to build great team dynamics
n
Experience in recruitment and developing your team
n
Ability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster
