We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking
Forklift Operator / Production Worker
to join our busy carrot processing and packing operation. This is a hands‐on role that combines forklift duties with general production and packing tasks in a friendly, team‐oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a forklift to move carrot bins from the production line to storage and delivery areas
Placing carrots into bags from the production line
Sorting and grading carrots by size for packaging
Labelling bags and preparing products for dispatch
Washing and cleaning carrots as part of the processing operation
Assisting with general production and packing duties
Working effectively as part of a team
Manual handling and lifting of up to 20kg when required
Maintaining a clean and protected work environment
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A current Forklift Licence (LF)
Experience operating forklifts safely and efficiently
Good attention to detail




Ability to work in a fast‐paced production environment
Strong teamwork skills
Reliability and a positive attitude
Physical fitness for manual handling tasks
Safety & PPE Requirements
Full supervision is provided onsite, and all employees must comply with workplace safety requirements.
The following PPE is required at all times:
Earmuffs / hearing protection
High‐visibility clothing
Fully enclosed safety footwear
