About the team
Joining our Marketing team means stepping into a fast-paced, creative environment where innovation and strategy go hand in hand. The team is responsible for building compelling narratives, strengthening brand presence, engaging target audiences, and driving demand across multiple channels. In this role, you will work on initiatives spanning digital marketing, content, brand management, channel programs, product marketing, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy.
What you'll do at Justrite
Business unit growth strategy:
Develop and own the marketing strategy aligned to revenue, margin, market share, pipeline contribution, and growth objectives. Identify target segments, industries, buyer personas, and whitespace opportunities through market analysis, customer insight, and competitive intelligence.
Positioning and value proposition:
Define differentiated product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that create competitive advantage and help Sales communicate value effectively across customer, distributor, digital, and in-person channels.
Demand generation and pipeline acceleration:
Architect integrated demand generation programs across digital, content, events, partnerships, channel programs, distributor communications, and end-user engagement.



Analyze funnel performance, conversion rates, revenue attribution, and ROI to continuously improve results.
Channel marketing and sales enablement:
Partner with Sales leadership to align marketing programs with account priorities, pipeline targets, and field needs. Equip sales teams with training, collateral, tools, and messaging that improve customer conversations, opportunity progression, and win rates.
Product marketing and go-to-market leadership:
Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches, portfolio expansions, and major initiatives, including launch planning, competitive insight, messaging, enablement tools, and campaign strategy.
Product and portfolio strategy:
Partner with Product Management on roadmap priorities, lifecycle decisions, pricing, profitability, commercialization plans, and post-launch optimization. Use market, customer, and competitive insights to shape portfolio direction and identify growth opportunities.
Planning, budgeting, and performance management:
Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans, manage budgets, establish KPIs, and deliver clear, data-driven reporting to business unit leadership.
Strategic thinking and the ability to define clear where-to-play and how-to-win choices.
Ownership mindset, commercial acumen, and disciplined decision-making across revenue, margin, pricing, channel economics, and portfolio quality.
Insightfulness, creativity, and customer-centricity, with the ability to turn market, distributor,



competitor, and customer signals into actionable strategy.
Strong relationship-building, communication clarity, and influence in a matrixed environment.
Analytical rigor, detail orientation, resourcefulness, change agility, and determination to deliver results through complexity and ambiguity.
Success measures
Pipeline growth, MQL growth, and marketing-influenced revenue contribution.
Strengthened market positioning and competitive differentiation.
Improved conversion rates through stronger value proposition deployment and sales enablement.
Effective market sizing, segment strategy, launch execution, time-to-revenue, marketing ROI, and budget allocation.
Your skills and expertise
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in industrial, technical, manufacturing, safety, or B2B markets.
Proven track record developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth.
Strong business acumen and ability to operate as a strategic partner to Sales and Product leadership.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in complex or matrixed organizations.
Deep understanding of demand generation, product marketing, go-to-market strategy, market insight, channel strategy, sales enablement, and marketing analytics.
Ability to translate technical product features into explicit, differentiated market value.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 25%–50%.
