Brisbane Isuzu is seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Service Advisor
to join our busy Service Department at our Eagle Farm dealership.
As the key link between our customers and workshop team, you'll play an important role in delivering an outstanding service experience while helping keep Queensland businesses moving.
If you're passionate about customer service, thrive in a quick-paced environment, and have experience in automotive service advisory or a similar customer-facing role, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
Greeting customers and managing service bookings
Understanding customer requirements and accurately documenting repair orders
Liaising between customers and workshop technicians
Providing service updates and repair recommendations
Preparing estimates, invoices, and processing payments
Managing warranty and service documentation
Building strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
Strong computer skills and experience using dealership management systems (desirable)
A professional presentation and positive attitude
