Are you an experienced Residential Site Supervisor who knows how to keep multiple builds moving, manage trades and maintain high construction standards?

Our client is looking for a motivated and process-driven Site Supervisor to join their team and take responsibility for ***** residential builds across Western and South West Sydney.
n
This is a very process-driven role and will suit someone who is organised, motivated and takes pride in following systems, maintaining standards and keeping projects on track.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Oversee ***** residential builds simultaneously
n
Manage day-to-day site operations from start through to completion
n
Coordinate trades, suppliers, clients and internal teams
n
Monitor construction progress, quality and workmanship
n
Ensure sites meet safety, compliance and building requirements
n
Identify and resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving
n
Follow company processes and construction systems
n
Maintain accurate documentation and update systems regularly
n
Manage multiple priorities across a high-volume workload
n
Maintain strong communication with trades, clients and internal teams
n
Ensure projects are delivered to the company's quality and compliance standards
n
n
What we're looking for
n
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running and is comfortable managing a high-volume residential workload.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Proven experience as a Residential Site Supervisor / Building Supervisor
n
Experience managing multiple residential builds at the same time
n
MUST HAVE a Cert III in Carpentry or Bricklaying
n




Strong knowledge of residential construction processes
n
A genuine passion for residential construction
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Strong determination and motivation to get the job done
n
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
n
Strong attention to detail
n
A solid understanding of building compliance, safety and quality requirements
n
Good computer skills and confidence using construction/site management systems
n
The ability to follow processes and systems consistently
n
Strong communication skills with trades, clients and internal teams
n
The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Cert III in Carpentry or Bricklaying – MUST HAVE
n
Certificate IV in Building & Construction preferred
n
Extensive residential construction experience
n
Strong understanding of relevant building codes, regulations and safety requirements
n
n
