Job Description
We are looking a versatile candidate to be able to work as an SME to work on a project.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;
n

Coordinating construction project activities, technical requirements and work programs across multiple projects and client teams.
n
Assisting with project planning, scheduling and allocation of labour and technical resources to support timely project delivery.
n
Reviewing construction drawings, layouts, specifications and project documentation relating to fire alarm, fire protection and sprinkler systems.
n
Coordinating project information, drawings, layouts, tasks and technical records across the company's project management applications and other relevant platforms.
n
Coordinating fire alarm, fire protection and sprinkler system project activities, technical requirements and work programs across multiple projects.
n
Reviewing fire alarm, fire protection and sprinkler system drawings, layouts,



specifications and technical documentation to support project delivery.
n
Identifying technical issues, faults, discrepancies and project risks and coordinating appropriate actions to support timely resolution.
n
Coordinating the deployment and scheduling of field teams based on project requirements, priorities and planned construction activities.
n
Assisting with updating project records, as-built information, inspection records, maintenance information and completion documentation.
n
Coordinating information between different platforms and applications to ensure project, construction and maintenance records remain accurate and up to date.
n
Assisting with quantity take-offs, material requirements, project estimates and preliminary cost information.
n
Providing general project coordination and technical assistance as required.
