About the role
n
Frankston RSL Sub-Branch is seeking recruits to join our Bar & Gaming Department to continue our quality delivery of service to our members, community and new patrons and give them the best experience that we can offer.
n
Key responsibilities
n
Deliver superior customer service and ensure all members and customers have a positive experience whilst visiting the venue
n
Work in a team environment by contributing to team culture and communicating well with all fellow staff, departments and management
n
Provide Bar, TAB & Gaming Service
n
Handle cash, process payments and payouts
n
Perform basic troubleshooting of gaming machines
n
Ensure compliance and safety including explaining rules and regulations where required
n
Practice and promote responsible gaming
n
Maintain the gaming and bar areas by keeping them clean, stocked and organised
n
Be supportive of all various promotional activities conducted throughout the RSL
n
About you
n
Have experience in a high-volume pub/club
n
Be TAB, RSG and RSA accredited
n




Demonstrate strong interpersonal and organisational skills
n
Have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively liaise with all departments within the venue
n
Have a passion for the gaming, bar and hospitality industry
n
Have a hands-on approach and flexibility with your roster to suit peak times
n
Be able to work across a variety of day, evening and weekend shifts
n
Be punctual and reliable
n
Must be an Australian citizen with full working rights
n
