The College is looking for applicants to join our Science Faculty as a permanent full time Assistant Head of Department, commencing Term 1, ****. The Assistant Head of Department will assist the Head of Department in the ongoing development and supervision of the curriculum and the quality of teaching and learning that is provided for each student.
Relevant teaching qualifications in Science
Previous experience teaching Physics
Current NESA Registration
Current Working with Children Check
Experience and Qualifications in Leadership (or be working towards)
An understanding of Good Samaritan Schools Teaching and Learning Framework
Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment as a member of a team
Previous experience in a middle leadership role
