Meridian Construction Servicesis an established commercial construction company based in southern Sydney specialising in fitout, refurbishment and new build construction of commercial projects in the hospitality and education sectors.

With a strong project pipeline, we have an opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join our team.

About You
n
Tertiary degree or qualification in related field.
n
Minimum two years CA experienceworking for a building contractor.
n
Highly organised & robust attention to detail.
n
Solution focused,
with the ability to professionally manage issues as they arise in a fast-paced environment.
n
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
n
Understanding of construction accounting software systems and Procore would be beneficial.
n
Job Description
n
Manage the procurement and administration of projects including preparation and letting of subcontractor trade packages.
n
Monitoring and processing of all suppliers & subcontractor invoices & progress claims.
n
General project administration including setting up of project files, project commencement checklists, document control, action lists and meeting minutes.
n
Assistance in the establishment and administration of WHSE plans.
n
Assistance with project cost reporting.
n
Assistance with project certifications and completion processes.
n
Office based role working on 2-3 projects at a time with opportunities for site visitation.
