Job Description
We're looking for an experienced barista/all-rounder to join our small, close-knit team.
n
We're a busy little café with a big regular customer base, so we need someone who is confident and fast on the machine, loves a chat and a bit of banter with the locals, and is happy to jump in wherever needed.
n
We're open 5:30am–12:30pm, 7 days a week — early starts, early finishes.
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
Has solid barista experience and can handle a busy machine
n
Is friendly, outgoing and great with regulars
n
Works with speed and initiative
n
Is happy to jump between coffee, customers, bagels, dishes and cleaning
n
Is reliable and works well in a small team
n
30+ hours per week available for the right person.
n
Outstanding coffee is important to us, but personality and team fit matter just as much.
