Position Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Automotive Panel Beaters and Vehicle Assemblers to join our team in Jamisontown (Penrith), NSW.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out quality panel repairs in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
Removing, repairing, replacing, and refitting damaged vehicle components.




Vehicle disassembly and reassembly.
Working collaboratively with estimators, painters, and workshop staff.
Maintaining repair quality, efficiency, and workplace safety standards.
Ensuring vehicles are completed within required timeframes.
Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe.
Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a Panel Beater and/or Vehicle Assembler within the collision repair industry.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
Sound knowledge of vehicle repair processes and workshop practices.
Robust communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
A positive work ethic and commitment to safety.
