Responsibilities

Sales Consultant
, you will be based within a Brisbane clinic andresponsible for managing and developing relationships with existing customers.You will meet with customers, understand their requirements, provideinformation on available solutions and assist them in making informedpurchasing decisions. Therole combines face-to-face sales, customer relationship management and generalclinic support. You will be responsible for maintaining regular contact withcustomers, identifying opportunities for continued business and working towardsagreed sales and retention targets.
Key responsibilities include:
Conducting face-to-facecustomer consultations and appointments.
Developing strongrelationships with new and existing customers.




Understanding customerrequirements and recommending suitable solutions.
Following up customers toprogress sales opportunities.
Supporting customer retentionand repeat business.
Discussing pricing, productsand available treatment options.
Managing customer enquiriesand responding to questions.
Maintaining accurate customerinformation and CRM records.
Processing payments andcompleting daily administrative tasks.
Assisting with appointments,reception and general clinic operations.
Working closely with thewider clinic team to deliver a positive customer experience.
Working towards individualand clinic-based sales targets.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is naturallyconfident, personable and commercially driven. You will enjoy speaking withcustomers, building rapport and identifying opportunities while maintaining aprofessional and customer-focused approach.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
2+ years'experience in sales or a customer-facing position with measurable salesoutcomes.
A provenability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills.
Confidencediscussing products, services, pricing and value.
The ability tobuild rapport quickly and establish customer trust.
