Our client is a successful family-owned manufacturing business seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join its senior leadership team and help drive the next phase of growth.

This is a genuine leadership position for a CPA-qualified finance professional who knows how to lead an accounts team, bring structure and discipline to a business, and provide directors with the financial clarity they need to make confident commercial decisions.

The Opportunity
n
You'll take ownership of the finance function across a multi-site operation, working closely with the directors and operational leaders.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Leading and mentoring the accounts team
n
Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
n
Monthly management reporting and commercial analysis
n
Strengthening financial controls and processes
n
Financial planning for projects, CAPEX and future growth
n
Ensuring accurate reconciliations, compliance and audit readiness
n
Identifying opportunities to improve financial performance
n




Supporting the directors with commercial decisions and risk management
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone experienced, steady and commercially minded who can become a trusted part of the leadership team.
n
You will need:
n
n
CPA qualification – essential
n
Senior experience as a CFO, Finance Manager or Head of Finance
n
Proven experience leading an accounts/finance team
n
Robust budgeting, forecasting and cashflow capability
n
Excellent commercial judgement and attention to detail
n
Confidence working directly with business owners and operational leaders
n
High integrity, professionalism and discretion
n
n
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, fabrication or project-based businesses would be highly regarded, as would exposure to multi-site operations and ERP/accounting systems.
