Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Have meaningful conversations with customers with empathy, professionalism and respect
n
Negotiate fair and realistic repayment solutions
n
Provide support to customers experiencing financial hardship
n
Manage customer accounts in line with compliance requirements and best practice
n




Maintain accurate records and documentation
n
Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes
n
n
About You:
n
We're looking for someone who is:
n
n
Experienced in collections or customer-facing roles
n
A confident communicator who knows how to handle sensitive conversations
n
A natural problem-solver who can balance commercial outcomes with care
n
Resilient, organised and proactive
n
Comfortable working in a regulated financial services environment
n
Familiar with NCCP/ASIC requirements - advantageous, but not essential
n
n
Most importantly, you'll bring the right attitude, empathy and willingness to help people.
