It'll suit a performance marketer from a DTC background who's managed a team but also happy to roll up their sleeves. It's a full-time, permanent position in Melbourne with hybrid working (WFH 2 days), offering $*******k + Super + Bonus.
Requirements
A senior performance/growth marketing leader with experience growing a successful Direct-to-Consumer brand is essential
Experience in a business with a subscription model is needed
A background in hands-on performance marketing and media buying is needed. You'll have a team of 4 plus agencies to execute but will need to get your hands dirty from time to time
Robust commercial skills, able to create and own forecasts




Comfortable being hands-on with copywriting for scripting and creating briefs and moodboards
Team leadership experience is needed
A self-starter who's comfortable in a hectic startup environment and passionate about performance marketing and paid media
