Role Purpose
n
Reporting to the Regional Logistics Lead, the Cross-Border Transport Specialist is responsible for coordinating and supporting the day-to‐day movement of Air and Ocean import shipments from international origins into the APAC region.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Support end-to-end shipment management (Order-to-Arrival) for Air and Ocean B2B import shipments.
n
Act as a central coordination point, managing day-to-day communications with external service providers and internal stakeholders.
n
Handle operational inquiries, manage escalations in a timely manner,



and resolve shipping defects.
n
Utilize Intermediate Excel to create, analyze, and distribute operational performance reports and summaries.
n
Investigate root causes of operational delays or issues to drive resolution.
n
Support Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
n
n
Skills & Experience Required
n
n
1+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transport operations.
n
Foundational understanding of cross-border Air and Ocean freight movements.
n
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for operational reporting and data analysis.
n
Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to deep dive into operational root causes.
n
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
n
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment.
