BX Bunka Australia, specifically Steel-Line Garage Doors is looking for a competent individual to fill the role of Customer Service Administrator on a fixed term contract form October **** – December ****, working out of the Head Office based in Darra.
Duties and responsibilities:
Process orders that come in via email, entering the orders into our systems accurately and efficiently.
Process warranty requests as they come in, ensuring all required documentation has been provided. Complete the required internal documentation and send for approval and processing of recent order.
Process customer credit and refund requests according to internal processes and policies.
Act as a key account contact for one of our major customers, ensuring orders, and inquiries are answered within agreed KPI's.
Complete the online store (E-Store) orders daily, processing customer orders and dispatching these daily.
Ensure monthly stocktake is completed on all stock for online orders.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, ensuring messages are accurately conveyed while maintaining confidentiality.
Provide assistance with job management, material procurement,



and document preparation for the wider team.
Ensure high accuracy in all data entry tasks.
Maintain organised filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
Manage incoming mail and compile outgoing daily mail.
Attend meetings when requested and document key notes and action items.
Archive records according to legal and organisational requirements.
Stay informed and comply with company policies, procedures, and internal systems.
Undertake additional duties as assigned by management.
The successful candidate will have:
A level of skills commensurate with 2-3 years of administration experience.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills and setting of priorities.
Demonstrated ability to exercise good time management.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Sound coordination and communication skills.
Computer skills are essential.
