Due to continued growth and success, our client is looking for an experienced Trade Qualified Auto Electrician to step into a Team Leader position within their modern, purpose‐built facility at Eagle Farm.
This is an excellent chance for an experienced Auto Electrician who enjoys working hands‐on while also taking responsibility for leading and supporting a small team.
Heavy vehicle experience is highly preferred, particularly experience working with trucks and other heavy vehicles. Experience with aftermarket electrical accessory installation on cars, 4x4s or marine vessels will also be highly regarded.
You'll be working with a nationwide company in a state‐of‐the‐art pre‐delivery facility, using modern equipment in clean, safe, and well‐organised working conditions. Opportunities like this don't come along often.
About the Role
Lead and support a small team of Auto Electricians.
Carry out electrical installations, diagnostics and fault finding.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily production targets.
Provide guidance and support to team members when required.
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional working environment.




About You
Trade Qualified Auto Electrician
credentials.
Previous experience leading or supervising a small team.
Strong fault‐finding and diagnostic skills.
Heavy vehicle experience highly regarded.
Experience with trucks, aftermarket accessories, cars, 4x4s or marine electrical systems advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
The ability to troubleshoot, problem‐solve and work independently.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a close‐knit team.
A positive attitude and a genuine commitment to safety and quality.
What's on Offer
$***** per hour
Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:57pm
RDO every second Friday
