You can expect to:
Handle approx.
***** inbound calls per day
Investigate and resolve customer concerns, following explicit processes
Receive comprehensive training before going live on the phones
Work closely with your team and manager to deliver a high standard of service

Update records and prepare correspondence in line with company procedure
We're looking for people who:
Have strong customer service or call centre experience
Can stay calm, empathetic, and solution-focused under pressure
Are polished in communication (written and verbal) with a professional presentation
Thrive in a fast-paced, structured workplace
