This role supports aged care clients aged 65 years and above within their own homes, delivering services with a strong person-centred care approach.You will play a meaningful role in enabling clients to remain engaged in their community while maintaining independence and wellbeing.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care and daily living supportAssist with social support and community accessPrepare meals and provide light domestic assistanceMaintain clear communication and accurate documentationRequirementsCertificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or Community Care (essential)Previous experience supporting older people in a community settingStrong time management and ability to work autonomouslyGood verbal and written communication skillsAvailability to commit to approximately 20 hours per weekCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificateCurrent Queensland Open Driver's LicenceReliable vehicle with comprehensive insuranceSmart phoneNational Police Certificate (or willingness to obtain)Salary & BenefitsTravel reimbursement between client visitsAccess to salary sacrifice benefits of over $15,900 per annumComprehensive induction and ongoing educationSupportive team workplace
