We are on the hunt for an energetic, highly organised, and customer-focused Service Coordinator to become a key player in our fast-moving operations team.
Why This Role Matters
As a Service Coordinator, you will be the hub of our service operations – scheduling and coordinating our skilled field technicians and trusted subcontractors. You will be the voice our clients hear, the organiser behind the scenes, and the problem-solver who keeps everything on track. Your ability to juggle priorities and build solid relationships will directly shape the customer experience – and their confidence in us.
What You will Be Doing
Be the first point of contact for inbound calls and emails – keeping communication clear, professional, and friendly
Create and manage work orders, from initial request to final completion
Schedule and dispatch Ultimate Security technicians and subcontractors with precision
Keep customers in the loop on job progress and outcomes
Maintain service records, customer portals, and related documentation
Process invoices, approve subcontractor payments, and handle credit card transactions
Respond to enquiries, resolve service issues, and conduct customer satisfaction surveys
Report safety incidents and follow emergency protocols




Ensure all actions align with company policies and compliance standards
What You will Bring
Excellent time management and organisation – you thrive when things are busy
Experience in industries such as electrical, data communication and air conditioning, HVAC, electronic repairs and maintenance of major tech-brands
Professional communication skills, both over the phone and via email
A natural customer-first mindset
Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
The ability to work independently while being a great team player
Confidence with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
SimPro experience and knowledge of security products (CCTV, Access Control, Alarms) is a bonus – but not essential
A proven track record of staying calm and professional under pressure
