What we're looking for
Previous leadership experience within a pub or busy hospitality venue
Robust operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
The ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams
Commercial awareness and an understanding of venue performance
A hands-on leadership style
Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
Current RSA, RSG and relevant qualifications for the role
