We are partnering with a well-established organisation in the personal injury and workers compensation sector to appoint an experienced Dispute Resolution Officer.
n
This is a outstanding opportunity to step into a specialist role where you'll use your negotiation and dispute resolution skills to achieve positive outcomes for workers and employers.

The Role:
n
You will be responsible for managing disputes through to resolution, including:
n
n
Working with workers, employers, representatives and internal stakeholders to identify resolution opportunities
n
Reviewing claim histories and assessing potential outcomes
n
Coordinating medical records, independent medical examinations and supporting documentation
n
Representing the organisation at conciliation conferences
n
Working closely with Case Managers and Legal Specialists on complex matters
n
Proactively identifying opportunities for early dispute resolution
n
n
We are looking for:
n
n
Experience in workers compensation, claims management,



litigation or alternative dispute resolution.
n
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
n
Experience with conciliation or dispute resolution processes
n
Excellent communication and analytical skills
n
The confidence to manage complex and sometimes challenging conversations
n
n
