Tyree is a proudly Australian-owned designer and manufacturer of electrical transformers, substations and switchboards, supporting the utilities, infrastructure, and renewable energy sectors.

About the role
To staff our new premises in Yatala the company has exciting opportunities for production workers/factory hands/assemblers to join our team.
You will work in a clean, organised workshop helping fabricate parts, busbar fabrication from workshop drawings and assist with switchboard assembly.
You will be trained by experienced staff and build practical manufacturing skills in a hands-on team environment.
Key responsibilities
Fabricate busbar, cut, bend and punch holes
Assembly of sheet metal frames and mechanical connections




Manufacture, fit and install electrical components
Measure, mark out, and drill
Prepare and organise parts, tools, and materials
Read basic workshop drawings and instructions
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
About you
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

Hands-on and able to follow instructions
Safety-focused and team-oriented
Interested in manufacturing or workshop work
Ability to accurately follow drawings
Ability to travel and work at customer sites as required.
Full Australian working rights (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa).
Trade-related school subjects or studies
Workshop, factory, or production experience
Driver's licence or reliable transport
Forklift licence or White Card
