About the Role
We are currently seeking Full Time, Part Time and Casual Bus Drivers to join our team as we continue to expand our services in the region.
These roles are ideal for individuals who are looking for flexible work arrangements, are available to work across a variety of shifts, and are interested in contributing to our continued growth and success.
Duties
Operate buses safely, efficiently, and professionally.Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the passenger experience.Maintain a clean and safe working environment.Actively manage fatigue and adhere to all fatigue management regulations.Perform pre-start checks, routine inspections, and refuel as necessary.Complete required documentation accurately and punctually.Follow company policies and HSEQ requirements to promote a safe workplace.Report hazards and participate in health, safety, and well-being initiatives.
About you




Hold a valid 'MR/HR' class Australian driver's licenseHold a Drivers Authorisation for Public Passenger Vehicles (Industry Authority)Valid and current Working With Children CheckHave full working rights in Australia or New ZealandAvailable to work a highly flexible roster, including AM, PM, split shifts, weekends, and public holidaysDemonstrate a robust understanding of, and commitment to, fatigue management regulationsWilling to undergo a pre-employment medical examinationProven customer service skills with a positive attitude and safe driving techniquesAbility to learn routes quicklyStrong communication skills and the ability to read and follow instructionsCommitted to safety and teamwork
