Job DescriptionSales Assistant – Butler, AustraliaWe're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Casual Sales Assistant to join our energetic team in Butler, Australia.
In this role, you'll be the backbone of our sales operations, providing exceptional support to our sales team and customers while contributing to our store's success.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining our store environment, and helping us achieve our sales targets.

Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, understanding their needs, and providing knowledgeable product recommendationsSupport the sales team in achieving store sales targets and performance goals through proactive engagement and follow-upAssist with stock management, inventory control, and merchandising to ensure products are well-organized and visually appealingMaintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment that reflects our brand standardsProcess customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systemsHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalismCollaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive work environmentParticipate in product training and stay informed about our offerings to provide accurate informationSupport promotional activities and special events as neededFollow all company policies, procedures,
