The Australian Orthopaedic Association has a part time (0.5FTE) 6 month position available in our Education & Training team, to provide responsive, user-focused administrative support for AOA's key Education & Training systems, including the Trainee Information Management System (TIMS) and the Learning Management System (LMS).
The opportunity:This is a part time, 6-month contract role, with the possibility of extension.The primary focus of the role is to assist AOA members, trainees and staff to use our systems effectively.This includes responding to enquiries, helping users get set up, navigate the systems and complete tasks, and ensuring matters requiring further assistance are referred to the appropriate person and followed through to resolution.
The role acts as an important link between users of the systems and relevant AOA teams, helping to ensure users receive timely, clear and practical assistance.Key responsibilities:Act as a point of contact for users of the TIMS and Moodle platforms, assisting with entering, viewing, or responding to assessments and/or obtaining reports or informationAssist users to access the platforms and provide clear, practical guidance to resolve routine issues and assist with navigation, data entry, reporting, dashboards, workflows and other system functionalityMaintain a high standard of customer service by responding promptly and professionally to user queries via phone or emailLog,



categorise and prioritise support requests and escal...Monitor outstanding support requests and ensure issues are followed through to resolutionMonitor and identify recurring system or data quality issues and suggest opportunities to improve system functionality and usabilityDevelop a robust working knowledge of the functionality, workflows and configuration for both Salesforce and MoodleDevelop and maintain user guides, FAQs, process documentation and other support resourcesAssist with training staff in the use of TIMS and MoodleEnsure adherence to all AOA policies relating to information security, privacy, data protection and records managementTo be successful in the role you will have:Effective and proactive problem-solving skillsExcellent customer service including ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical usersWell-developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop user guides, training materials and support documentationExperience maintaining accurate records, managing competing priorities and following issues through to resolutionImpeccable attention to detail, a high level of accuracy and commitment to data quality and integrityAbility to prioritise multiple support requests and manage competing demandsDemonstrated ability to document issues, processes and solutionsDemonstrated ability to prepare reports, analyse data and present information in a clear and meaningful wayUnderstanding of information security,
