helping to ensure every patient receives exceptional service from the moment they contact us.Key responsibilities include:Greeting patients warmly and professionallyManaging phone calls, appointments and enquiries with professionalism and confidentialityCoordinating bookings and maintaining accurate patient recordsProcessing patient payments and claimsEnsuring the reception area remains organised, welcoming and efficientProviding administrative support to our clinical teamAssisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the practiceAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:Previous experience in a medical or general practice reception role (essential)Relevant administration or healthcare qualifications/certificates (desirable)Availability to work casual shifts Monday to FridayConfidence using appointment booking systems, point-of-sale systems and electronic patient recordsExperience with Best Practice software (highly regarded)Excellent organisational skills and attention to detailStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA positive, skilled and patient-focused approachValiant Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
