BE Supports is looking for 2 reliable, caring and enthusiastic Casual Support Workers to join our growing team.We provide person-centred support to people with disability, helping participants live more independently, get involved in their community and work towards their individual goals.About the roleThere are a number of shifts available, with opportunities for ongoing work for the right people.Your role may include supporting participants with:Daily living and household tasksCommunity participation and social activitiesPersonal care and daily routinesTransport and community accessLife skills and developing independenceEmployment or education assistanceSupporting participants to achieve their individual goalsEvery participant is different, so we are looking for people who are patient, respectful,



adaptable and genuinely care about making a difference.What we're looking forYou will need:Previous experience in disability, aged care, community services or a similar role is desirableCertificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent is desirable, but not essential for the right candidateCurrent NDIS Worker Screening CheckCurrent Working with Children CheckCurrent First Aid & CPRCurrent Australian driver's licenceReliable, insured vehicleNDIS Worker Orientation Module completion (or willingness to complete)Positive communication and interpersonal skillsReliability, punctuality and a positive attitudeThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamA genuine commitment to providing respectful, person-centred supportWhy BE Supports?
